Specificité: Recognizes human IL-1 beta. Neutralizes the biological activity of recombinant humanIL-1b and natural human IL-1b. Will not neutralize the biological activity of recombinant mouse IL-1b, recombinant human IL-1a, or recombinant mouse IL-1a. Based on direct ELISA results, this antibody shows less than 10 % cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-1b, recombinant porcine IL-1b, recombinant rat IL-1b and recombinant crIL-1b.
